The newly renovated cottage
comprises of 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), bathroom with bath and
power shower, modern kitchen with gas cooker and washing machine,
living/dinning room with digital TV & DVD player & conservatory.
The whole house benefits from
underfloor heating including the conservatory which leads out onto the
raised stone patio. Heating is provided by solar water heating and a log
burning stove with an automatic boiler providing back up so you will not
be cold and electricity is generated by windmill and super-silent
generator. Water is supplied by a spring fed well & through a filter
for drinking. The log shed is kept well stocked and all fuel costs are
included in the price as are all bed linen and towels so there are no
hidden costs.
